In the mid 90s Steria Mummert Consulting addressed the newly emerging subject of “Business Intelligence” and developed a comprehensive consulting portfolio which has subsequently been further refined and extended. In addition it has combined its competences in this field to provide one of the most effective BI Consulting Competence Centres in the market. The highest possible standard of consultation quality is thereby ensured.
Partnerships with well known universities as well as with the leading software suppliers gaurentee a leading position in consultation and implementation. Our engagement in the BI-Community, in particular as a founding member of the TDWI Germany e. V. (The Data Warehousing Iinstitute) and the leadership of regular BI-Community meetings, demonstrate our high level of commitment to the subject of Business Intelligence.
Steria Mummert's Consulting portfolio embraces three consultation segments -- BI Strategy, Solution Development and Application Management. Individual strategies are established together with our customers based on our BI Maturity Audits biMA ®. In this process operational considerations and technical and organizational aspects are given equal weighting.
From the completed BI-Strategy we establish for our customers tailor-made individual solutions. In addition, conceptual and architecture proposals are developed and implemented.
